As Roji’s founder and CEO, Martin ensures the business is continuously innovating, we’re building a world-changing product, and we’re set up to grow and scale our diverse, talented team.

Dr Lukas M. Stahl is an Austrian-American attorney admitted to the State Bar of California, the U.S. Court of International Trade in New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, DC serving as the Managing Attorney of Stahl Law. He holds Master of Laws degrees from the University of Leicester and the University at Buffalo Law School, and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and was awarded a PhD in Law from the University of Westminster for his notable work, `Capital 2.0 – Capital Formation and Legal Risk in a New Global Economic Order From FIAT to EXIT`. With over 30 years of industry experience, Dr Stahl has co-founded, managed, and served as a board member or counsel to numerous European and US companies. Prior to founding Stahl Law Corporation, he led the European Practice of a leading securities law firm in Los Angeles and New York. Presently, he manages both Stahl Law, Santa Monica, CA, and Upper East Side Ventures, New York, NY.

Prof Tanega was a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Hawaii and an investment banker with Nomura Securities. He has over 40 years of legal and financial experience in the US, UK, and EU, specializing in Asset-Backed Securities. Professor of Law and Finance at the Brussels Diplomatic Academy, Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). B.A., Princeton University, J.D., University of San Diego, MPhil, the University of Oxford. Author of 81 peer-reviewed publications, including 16 books.
